Shelter 2026 shift gaps

See below for the shift gaps we have at each venue. Please consider if you are able to help fill any of these gaps. Thank you!

URGENT: More Shift Leaders urgently needed! If you have trained and are happy to offer a shift, please offer as much as you can. If you attended the shift leader session, but aren't confident in being a shift leader, email volunteering.enquiries@wyhoc.org.uk and we can arrange for you to shadow a shift.

Offering Shifts and Roles

We need your help to fill our rota gaps. Visit CERVIS to offer shifts: click here

Need help using CERVIS? Videos, a user guide, and contact details are available here.

How to offer additional shifts in CERVIS:

  • Go to your volunteer profile.

  • Offer shifts on your preferred night(s). If you want to do more than usual, adjust your frequency in your profile.

  • If you can help on other nights, add any extra Volunteer Groups in your profile to match the gaps.

  • Offer the roles you can do. You’ll see all roles needed for the nights you select.

  • Only offer roles you are trained for (cooks, drivers and shift leaders require extra training).
