No one should ever have to sleep on the streets, yet in south Buckinghamshire, people are doing exactly that.
Homelessness in Buckinghamshire is far worse than many realise.
Last year, the council received the 5th highest number of homelessness applications in England! That’s people, many with families, registering as having nowhere to live.
Our volunteer-led Winter Night Shelter runs through January, February, and March, providing hot meals, warm clothes, showers, and the care of our expert team.
But homelessness doesn’t disappear when winter ends, and neither do we.
We work all year round to prevent homelessness, support people sleeping rough, and help individuals move towards long-term stability.
Every gift helps*. Please, can you give to our urgent winter appeal?
- £17 can provide emergency packs
- £48 can fund a bed for one night
- £150 can keep our helpline open for a day
- £375 can help someone move into a stable home
- £1,300 can sponsor a Support Worker, delivering life-saving outreach and guidance
