Privacy notice for professionals referring clients to Wycombe Homeless Connection
Wycombe Homeless Connection (WHC) will collect data about you when we complete this form. We will use it to contact you should that be required to discuss the client’s case.
Why we need your information
WHC has a legitimate interest in collecting and retaining your personal data so that we can support our clients.
WHC may store your data using a company which is located in another country but which offers safeguards as required by UK law.
Whom we may share your information with
We will not share your data unless required to do so by law, or with your explicit consent.
We will however assume that the client knows that you referred them to us, and knows you by the name given on the referral form.
How long we will keep your information
We will retain your data for as long as we retain the referred client’s data. This will normally be about three years after their last contact with us. It may however be longer if a risk of complaint or legal action exists.
Your rights
You may contact WHC at privacy@wyhoc.org.uk or on 01494 447699 or at 8 Castle St, High Wycombe HP13 6RF to request to access your data, or to have it corrected. You may restrict our use of it in some circumstances. You may also request that it is erased; object to our use of your data under our legitimate interest; or withdraw your consent for those items where your consent was required.
