At our annual church service we welcomed volunteers and supporters to spend time together reflecting on the last year, remembering those people who we have served who have sadly died, and giving thanks for the achievements of the community over the past year in responding to homelessness.

James Boultbee, our CEO, talked about our plans for working even harder as "the number of people needing help increases and the depth of needs that people are facing keeps getting deeper”.

Rev. Chris Owen from Christ the Servant King in Booker (one of our winter night shelter venues) shared inspiring words and encouragement. He reminded us of the importance of activity and action and that anyone who has responded to that call has joined in with sharing love, hope and light.
