Night Shelter Training Hub

Please find below all the information you need about training to be a night shelter volunteer and to log in to CERVIS, our volunteer system.

You MUST attend training before you go to your first shift at the shelter so don't delay - book today!

  • how the shelter runs, 
  • safeguarding
  • confidentiality
  • boundaries
  • An introduction to our volunteer system, CERVIS, which you’ll use to offer shelter dates and shifts. 
  • An extra session for shift leaders
